PROtune™ PODS are the evolution of our PROtune™ Weighted Tape, now in precut strips for quick, consistent application. Same non-toxic material and sleek design. Available in 1.5g, 2.5g,3g and 5g strips, each pack includes 10 precision-cut weights designed to help you fine-tune balance, stability, and feel.
We’ve reengineered the traditional 3g strip, making our pods slightly longer to distribute weight more evenly across the paddle edge. The result is a more balanced, controlled feel compared to smaller, more concentrated weight placements.
Whether you’re adding stability, expanding the sweet spot, or customizing swing weight, PROtune™ PODS give you a cleaner, more consistent tuning experience.
NOTE: There are TWO sides to the grip. Remove the plastic film from both sides.
Hakbang 2
Find Tapered Side
Remove the paper from the adhesive side of the grip. This is the side that you will start with.
Hakbang 3
Start From End Cap
Hold your paddle upside down. Apply the adhesive side of the overgrip to the edge of your end cap, on top of your stock grip. Begin wrapping your handle. Overlap the overgrip to your preferred thickness. If you are a lefty, wrap to the left. If you are a righty, wrap to your right.
Hakbang 4
Apply End Tape
Once you have wrapped your handle to the desired length, cut off excess overgrip (if any), and apply the end tape to hold the grip.
I love these weight strips because while I often will use the roll and cut the strips as I want, these individual and pre set weight strips make my life WAY easier! I never have to guess how much weight I’m putting on my paddles and it’s fast and easy to apply.

These are easy to apply and having 3gram and 5 gram strips are a nice touch.. Always purchased the rolls these are much easier to apply to paddle.. Use the 5 gram for14mm paddle and 3 gram for the 16mm..I have the RPM V2 which is fantastic now but with strips appled gives it that little bit of extra force..

I’ve used rolls of lead then tungsten tape on my paddles for years to adjust the paddle to my playing strengths! These 3g ProTune pods @ 3 & 9 o’clock are easy to secure on my Honolulu J6CR. The pods enhance the sweet spot and plow thru on my shots. Great product as usual from Bodhi!
