These are easy to apply and having 3gram and 5 gram strips are a nice touch.. Always purchased the rolls these are much easier to apply to paddle.. Use the 5 gram for14mm paddle and 3 gram for the 16mm..I have the RPM V2 which is fantastic now but with strips appled gives it that little bit of extra force..

Over grip
Bought several colors of this over grip to add a little customization to my paddles. Too many times people have the same paddle up and don’t want someone to pick mine up by accident. The over grip quality is definitely there, changes your game by allowing you to not squeeze the paddle out of control. I highly recommend this product.
